All course fees must be paid before the course. Course fees include all manuals, course materials, lunches (valued at $10.00 per day), and refreshments throughout the day. Fees do not include accommodations or transportation. (Note: Please do not make any nonrefundable travel arrangements until your course is confirmed to be held.
